Multi-Peril Insurance Products



Revenue Protection (RP)

Guarantees revenue by combining yield and price variability.

 

Yield Protection (YP) /

Actual Production History (APH)

Provides protection against a loss in yield.

 

Catastrophic Coverage ( CAT )

Provides protection against a loss in yield.

 

Area Yield Protection (AYP) 

A county-based insurance product that pays the producer in the event the county yield falls below the trigger yield selected by the producer.

 

Area Risk Protection (ARP)

A county-based revenue insurance product that pays the producer in the event the county average per-acre revenue falls below the trigger revenue level selected by the producer. GRIP is based on the same principle as Group Risk Protection ( GRP ), but guarantees revenue instead of yield.

 

Whole Farm Revenue Protection (WFRP)

WFRP is a new insurance product which replaces AGR and AGR-Lite.  This product protects against the loss in revenue over an entire farm, including: cash crops (corn, soys), specialty crops (pumpkins, tomatoes), and livestock.  The only farm products not covered are timber, timber products, and animals for show or pets.

Crop-Hail

Provides protection against any yield reduction caused by hail and/or fire. 

Livestock & Special Products



Livestock Gross Margin (LGM)

Provides protection of the gross margin between the value of the insured livestock and the cost of feed. (Dairy, Hogs, Cattle)

 

Livestock Risk Protection (LRP)
Provides protection against declining livestock prices.
(Swine, Fed Cattle, Feeder Cattle, Lamb)  

 

Rain Insurance
Policy written for a short term for a specific event susceptible to reduced attendance due to rain such as a festival, concert, rodeo and other outdoor events.
